Fuel oil supplies system is mainly used
in the supplies of diesel engine fuel oil for vessel, and
improves the quality of heavy fuel oil the quality. The
system combines the required devices into independent
equipment with compact structure, reliable connection and
convenience for installment, debugging, use and maintenance
as well as easily ready for centralized management.
Structure and working principle
Fuel oil supply system consists of three-way switching valve,
coarse filter, supply pump, flowmeter, oil discharge tube,
circulating pump, heater, fine filter, viscosity control
device and so on.
The oil in the daily-used oil box enters
into coarse filter and supply pump by way of three-way
switching valve, then enters into flowmeter and oil
discharge tube, after that entering into the heater for
heating and coming into the automatic viscosity control
device together with fuel oil. When the viscosity of the
fuel oil does not conform to the setting value, the
viscosity device sends out signal and regulates the starting
value of steam valve to control the amount of steam that
enters into the heater, thus the temperature of oil in the
heater will rise or lower to ensure the oil viscosity of
system outlet conforming to the requirement. The fuel oil
after heating will enter the parallel manual counter washing
filter and the automatic counter washing filter, finally
enter diesel engine. Through injection pump and
pressure-regulating valve, the surplus oil will return to
oil discharge tube or daily heavy fuel tank. Even if diesel
engine does not work, the system still could realize fuel
oil preheating and fast switching of heavy oil and light
oil.
This system has double functions of oil supply and
improvement of fuel oil equipments in accordance with the
requirement of diesel engine.
Note: 1. Two machines spare mutually. Pressure switch is
prepared in the outlet and it can alarm when the pressure
value is low. The outlet pressure is set as 0.4Mpa to avoid
fuel oil seething in the oil discharge tube.
2. Making the viscosity of heavy fuel oil to drop to meet the
requirement of diesel engine.
3. High precision of filtering and can improve the quality of
heavy fuel oil effectively. |
